📋 Description

• Own the AMER Leadership Development Rotational Program
• Support the AE onboarding program end-to-end
• Support day-to-day sales enablement for the AE team
• Support Confluence and Flexport's documentation ecosystem
• Stand up special projects fast
• Measure program impact and run feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or a
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Extremely organized, comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leadership
• Experience building training content or curriculum
• Skilled at driving adoption and buy-in for new programs
