📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of airport ops and driver-product projects.
• Develop expertise in airport operations and driver products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business Development.
• Execute feature launches and configuration rollouts; assist QA testing.
• Monitor program performance with dashboards; surface trends.
• Support Ground Truth Surveys and client feedback; document issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in program management, ops, or related field.
• Comfortable with SQL for basic to intermediate queries.
• Familiar with GitHub or similar version-control tools.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear communicator; flags blockers proactively.
• Proficient in G Suite and Jira.
