Associate Project Developer, Mid-Atlantic

📋 Description

• Identify and screen project opportunities
• Use or manage GIS-based efforts to target land parcels for solar and storage development
• Identify and research leads through targeted land campaign work, including mailers, phone calls
• Document opportunities in Salesforce CRM and take point on calling landowners
• Create due diligence packages for project developers
• Schedule initial meetings with landowners and transition qualified opportunities to project

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2 to 5 years’ experience preferred
• Solar sales or development experience preferred
• Proficiency in GIS tools, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce experience a plus
