Lead customer communications on Budderfly field projects for assigned accounts.
Communicate project details and schedules to drive positive customer experiences.
Align with Customer Success on meetings and strategic management.
Interface with executives, directors, and onsite management.
Drive milestone updates to customers through project completion.
Collaborate with Sales/CS and Third-Party Contractors to prioritize accounts.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years PM experience.
Bachelor's Degree or related energy/project mgmt preferred.
PMP Certification a plus.
Willingness to work off-hours based on project needs.
Experience with CRM systems.
Strong interpersonal and written comms.
