Associate Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage execution of products under development, incl. risk, planning, monitoring.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently; report status, red flags, escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure plan execution and recovery.
• Facilitate discussions for resolution and closure of issues among stakeholders.
• Coordinate Topline milestone meetings and follow up with teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as hub for development and delivery communications with internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business or technical field; PM certification a plus.
• Minimum 4 years in product development and/or project management.
• Strong communication; adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong PM and organizational skills to manage resources and deadlines.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
