• Lead and collaborate on problem definition and root cause solution development
• Use data to drive business decisions affecting cross-functional strategy
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders through effective communication
• Support Oscar team members via knowledge sharing, process docs, and tooling
• Handle provider escalations with end-to-end solutioning and cross-functional coordination
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, data analysis, or consulting within healthcare
• 3+ years in developing project plans with internal/external stakeholders
• 3+ years designing/improving workflows and creating procedures/tools
• Experience translating complex business problems for technical and non-technical audiences
• Healthcare experience
