• Own end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, data analysis, or consulting within healthcare
• 3+ years in project planning with internal/external stakeholders
• 3+ years designing/improving workflows and procedures
• Experience distilling complex issues for technical/non-technical audiences
• Healthcare experience
• Strong communication skills
