Associate- QA Tester (Contract)

📋 Description

• Execute manual test cases for web applications and APIs based on requirements and user stories
• Test REST and GraphQL APIs using tools like Postman, validating responses and data accuracy
• Perform functional testing across different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) to identify
• Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and relevant details to help developers
• Start building test automation scripts using Playwright or Cypress under guidance from senior
• Validate user interfaces for responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of QA or software testing experience, preferably testing web applications
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals including test case design, bug reporting, and test
• Experience with Automation testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or similar REST clients
• Good understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how web applications
• Cross-browser testing experience and ability to identify browser-specific issues
