Associate Recruiter

📋 Description

• Support hiring across business, G&A, and tech teams.
• Perform inbound candidate evaluation and first-round screening using Gem.
• Identify top applicants via resume review and initial phone screen.
• Use Gem and other sourcing tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and independently execute searches.
• Support both technical and non-technical searches; adapt evaluation criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting/sourcing tools.
• Ability to triage high volumes of inbound applicants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for phone screens.
• Genuine curiosity and adaptability.
• Familiarity with Gem or similar sourcing tools.
