📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and creative roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Act as a trusted talent partner by advising on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, events, and ATS tools to manage pipelines.
• Build pipelines and market intelligence to support business needs and role complexity.
• Maintain integrity and deliver a positive candidate experience while representing the company professionally.
• Be people-centered, attracting and retaining top talent and promoting Nex culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Experience recruiting for technical and creative roles (bonus).
• Direct experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology industries is desirable.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse.
• Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high volumes of hiring activity.
