Associate, Release Management

📋 Description

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of software releases in a SaaS environment.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate release schedules for timely deployments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and support on release requirements and controls.
• Coordinate testing, staging, and production environments to support deployments.
• Prepare, review, and manage release notes, change logs, and deployment documentation.
• Establish and improve release management best practices, including automation and rollback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software release management or related roles.
• Experience in SaaS environments and software deployment processes.
• Strong CI/CD, cloud infra, and version control understanding.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Docker/Kubernetes.
