• Create reports using web-based compliance tools, open-source resources, client-provided
• Write clear, concise, and thoroughly researched client reports using public records, databases, and
• Apply sound judgment and established best practices when researching, writing, and editing cases
• Identify and escalate potential risk factors to the appropriate case manager.
• Successfully manage the case lifecycle, personal workload, and pipeline.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
