🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with medical billing systems and Excel; CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10 knowledge.
• Proficient in spreadsheet development (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare nomenclature.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team skills.
• Ability to analyze trends and report findings clearly; identify improvements.
• Ability to think critically and implement solution-oriented revenue cycle changes.
