📋 Description

• Monitor ROC dashboards, alerts, and open-source signals to identify incidents.
• Triage incidents and execute SOPs with accurate documentation and coordination.
• Conduct initial fact-finding and source validation to provide context.
• Escalate issues with structured information for leadership and handovers.
• Contribute to ROC readiness through drills and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in GSOC/ROC/SOC or 24/7 incident response.
• Incident triage, escalation protocols, and playbooks under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leaders and partners.
• Analytical capability with attention to detail across rotating shifts.
• Comfort with dashboards, ticketing systems, and cross-functional tools.
• OSINT familiarity and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
