Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience
1-3 years in sales enablement, broker relations, account mgmt, or training
Proven ability to build clear sales assets and playbooks for brokers
Experience navigating CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and digital enrollment tools
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Legal, and Sales ops
