📋 Description

• Support the design, development, and delivery of onboarding, product, process, sales-skills, and
• Build role-based learning experiences for Sellers, SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Solutions
• Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create practical, relevant, and
• Facilitate virtual and instructor-led sessions and support learner engagement through scenarios
• Coordinate training calendars, communications, attendance, completion, certification, and follow-up
• Create and maintain e-learning modules, presentations, playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Instructional
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Training, Instructional
• Demonstrated experience creating professional training materials, presentations, job aids, or
• Strong written communication, editing, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex product, technical, or process information for varied audiences.
• Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
