📋 Description

• Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing, and ship dates.
• Read building plans and specs to guide selections.
• Enter orders and manage fulfillment to meet deadlines.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate with customers.
• Prepare financial reporting for managed projects.
• Create and maintain project files and site coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 1-2 years HVAC/estimating experience.
• Knowledge of MEP, CAD, architecture, design, contracting a plus.
• Prioritize, multi-task, handle ambiguity, and manage high-volume projects.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, highly organized.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
