Associate Sales Recruiter

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
• Own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, closing)
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Represent Motive's story clearly and authentically to candidates
• Drive candidate engagement through strong communication and relationship-building
• Consistently meet recruiting KPIs (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in high-volume recruiting within SaaS/tech, or equivalent transferable experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships and align different perspectives toward a decision
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and US GTM hiring
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing via LinkedIn or other platforms is a plus
• No specific degree required; focus on relevant experience and demonstrated results
