Organize and complete enterprise customer data from internal and external systems
Establish contact with partial existing contracted clients, follow up on renewal procedures, maintain records
Conduct analytical work related to renewal transactions
Mine, categorize and organize industry and customer data within the White Space segment
Screen and follow up business leads from official websites, media channels and hotlines
Support the sales team with admin tasks such as price submissions in sales systems

🎯 Requirements

Fluent Cantonese and English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office; proactive and able to leverage AI tools
Basic knowledge of enterprise software, business workflows and operations management
Quick learner with fundamental knowledge of AI applications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC)
Strong B2B enterprise sales communication
