📋 Description

• Organize enterprise customer data from internal/external systems
• Contact contracted clients and follow up on renewals; maintain records
• Perform analytical work related to renewal transactions
• Mine, categorize and organize industry and customer data in White Space segment
• Screen and follow up leads from official sites, media, and hotlines
• Support sales with admin tasks like price submissions in sales systems

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin & English; proficient in MS Office; uses AI tools to boost efficiency
• Basic knowledge of enterprise software, workflows and operational management
• Quick learner with basic AI applications knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC)
• Solid business communication experience in B2B enterprise sales
