Associate Sales Representative (Agentic AI Automation)

📋 Description

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in assigned territories
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect information in our CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns and events for lead generation
• Develop a thorough understanding of UiPath products, services, and competitive landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections and persist through challenges
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related client-facing role
