📋 Description

• Fix small, well-scoped bugs and implement simple Apex/LWC changes, with review from a senior
• Write unit tests for your own code, meeting the team's code-coverage standard
• Participate in daily standups and sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) as a full
• Learn the team's Jira-based workflow — how tickets/stories move from backlog through sprint to done
• Use Git for version control, following the team's branching strategy and pull-request process
• Learn to move changes through the sandbox → UAT → production pipeline using Gearset, under

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience; no prior Salesforce experience required — general
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals: variables, control flow, functions, and
• Willingness to learn Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Comfortable with basic SQL concepts; will learn SOQL/SOSL on the job
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus but not required to start — expected to be
• Familiarity with Git (branching, commits, pull requests), or willingness to learn it quickly
