As Associate Scaled CSM, drive growth through commercial discussions and renewals.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management, enterprise SaaS preferred.
Experience managing many accounts with automation and scale.
Analytical with strong problem-solving to interpret data and improve outcomes.
Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals.
Ability to grow business strategically by creating new processes.
