📋 Description

  • Perform accurate and detailed medical reviews of complex advertising and promotional materials
  • Lead execution of medical education tactics, advisory boards, and thought leader engagement plans
  • Lead conference planning and represent AbbVie at external scientific meetings
  • Collaborate with International Medical Affairs to drive global content synergy
  • Lead internal medical training activities for cross-functional teams
  • Manage budgets for assigned Medical Affairs projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PhD, PharmD, PA or NP strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Good understanding of Medical Affairs principles, study design and publications
  • Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory guidelines (e.g., OPDP, CDER/CBER)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence others
