Associate Scientist - BioPharma Sciences

📋 Description

• Execute study activities: sample prep, reagent prep, and assay execution.
• Support method development, qualification, and validation; contribute to assay optimization.
• Perform data processing and prepare data summaries for review.
• Troubleshoot routine assay or instrumentation issues; escalate complex challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation per study protocols, SOPs, and GLP.
• Ensure proper sample ID, handling, and tracking per GLP.
• Communicate study progress, risks, and timelines to senior staff.
• Provide informal guidance to junior staff.
• Perform duties aligned with KCAS Bio's brand, mission, and values.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in biology/biochemistry/immunology with 1–3 years in a bioanalytical lab.
• Hands-on GLP-regulated lab experience (required).
• Experience with ligand binding assays (LBA): ELISA, MSD, or similar immunoassays.
• Knowledge of assay workflows: sample prep, reagent handling, plate-based assays.
• Understanding assay performance: precision, accuracy, sensitivity, selectivity.
• Attention to detail; work within SOP-driven, regulated environments.
