Associate Scientist I/II, In Vivo Pharmacology

📋 Description

• In vivo pharmacology studies in rat behavior for migraine/pain drug discovery.
• Develop translatable animal models for human disease.
• Plan and organize acute and longitudinal studies.
• Administer compounds to rats and mice; generate data reports.
• Contribute to target engagement & biomarker development.
• Communicate findings to advance therapeutics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for higher levels.
• 3+ years experience (for Associate Scientist II) or equivalent.
• Strong in vivo data generation, interpretation, and reporting.
• Hands-on rodent lab experience (rats) including compound administration.
• Experience with behaving animals studies is essential.
• Asset: cellular assays (qPCR, calcium flux) experience.
