Associate Scientist, Phage Display (Contract)

📋 Description

• Build, adapt, and automate display systems to facilitate AI antibody design.
• Establish, develop, and optimize tech to enable data generation at scale for AI models.
• Design and apply selection techniques to provide data at scale for ML training needs.
• Design and optimize automation to characterize affinity and function at the clonal level.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with protein discovery workflows (phage/yeast display) and validation.
• BS or MS in molecular biology/biochemistry; 2–6 years industrial experience.
• Familiarity with antibody binding assays and automating them (ELISA, SPR, FACS).
• Proficiency in molecular and cell biology techniques, including mammalian cell culture.
• Working knowledge of software and programming for large data set analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex concepts.
