📋 Description

• Independently perform operational workflows, following approved documentation and using standard
• Process, record, and analyze data following approved test methods and work instructions and using
• Support the quality control group operations in maintaining standards in safety, speed, quality
• Support the organization's commercial and development activities, while also ensuring compliance
• Identify assay and process improvement opportunities based on first-hand observation and data review
• Maintain training requirements and execute on goal setting linked to business initiatives and other

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in an applicable life sciences field (molecular biology, microbiology
• Prior success serving on operationally oriented or technical teams
• Proven ability to perform standard biological laboratory techniques in support of Next Gen
• Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to effectively meet
• Ability to gather and coordinate information, interpret and develop appropriate recommendations for
• Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
