🎯 Requirements

Minimum 8 years industry experience; at least 3 years as Scrum Master.
Managed a Scrum team of 7+ members.
Strong teamwork, issue resolution, and ethical work culture.
Ability to lead and motivate teams to adopt Scrum.
Builds strong relationships with dev, QA, PO/BA, and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
