Join the Securities Lending Operations team to execute daily lending processes
Maintain positioning by processing returns from counterparties and supporting loan recalls
Ensure timely loan and return settlements and resolve related issues
Collaborate with traders, product managers, engineering, and ops teams for trade flow and settlement
Communicate with counterparties to execute loans/recalls and resolve discrepancies
Perform daily/monthly reconciliation and assist with audit requests

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in broker-dealer, bank, capital markets firm, or pension fund
Finance/accounting background with strong business judgment and deadline discipline
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas and pivot
