Associate, Securities Lending Operations

📋 Description

• Join the Operations team to execute on daily securities lending processes
• Maintain positioning by processing returns from counterparties and recalls
• Ensure timely loan and return settlement, and resolve related issues
• Collaborate with traders, product, eng, and operations for trade flow
• Communicate with counterparties to execute loans and recalls, resolve discrepancies
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a broker-dealer, bank, capital markets firm, or pension fund
• A background in finance, accounting, or related technical field with strong judgment and deadlines
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas and pivot
