Associate SEO & AEO Manager

📋 Description

• Own technical SEO health and performance, roadmap, and issues.
• Lead AEO and AI search optimization across platforms.
• Build repeatable systems to monitor SEO health and performance.
• Improve organic visibility across priority categories, products, and use cases.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for non-SEO stakeholders.
• Define SEO and AEO KPIs and run experiments to improve results.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with technical depth.
• Diagnose and resolve complex SEO issues on large sites.
• Strong understanding of crawling, rendering, indexing, and ranking.
• Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, LLM search, and AI assistants.
• Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, AirOps, Semrush, or similar.
• Knowledge of structured data, schema, site architecture, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals.
• Ability to turn messy data into clear insights and decisions.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
