• Be the single point of contact for buyers, lenders, and stakeholders on Title/Settlement work.
• Read search documents and paraphrase title and related matters.
• Support Title/Settlement by providing status to stakeholders and answering questions.
• Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in the transaction.
• Produce error-free work consistently.
• Maintain 100% quality yield.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in international voice; mortgage/insurance preferred; Versant test required.
• Mortgage or Settlement background.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to speak in a neutral American accent.
• Experience in international voice process serving US customers.
• Versant score of 55 required.
