Associate Shift Technical Engineer

📋 Description

• Responsible for compliance with applicable regulations and standards for Quality; Environment
• Assist with projects in manufacturing process areas to achieve process efficiencies such as
• Plan and conduct small-sized assigned projects (continuous improvement, cost reduction, capacity
• Responsible for providing technical support in the resolution of technical and automation issues
• Investigate, gather data, perform preliminary analysis, report findings, and prepare and
• Gather and analyze process data using statistical process control methodology.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is desired or
• Entry level position, less than two years of experience is typical.
• Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding, or skill and willingly absorb and comprehend
• Possess good human relation skills in both implementing and coordinating efforts involved across
• Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and maintains strong working relationship
• Listens to and understands others' points of view and articulates tactfully and respectfully one's
