Associate Solution Engineer (2027 Graduate)

📋 Description

• Deliver world-class technical support and guidance to enterprise customers and partners.
• Diagnose complex issues using logs and system behavior to design solutions.
• Drive platform improvements with client teams to optimize availability, speed, and security.
• Leverage data analytics to identify optimization opportunities in telemetry, usage metrics, and trends.
• Support enterprise availability via after-hours rotation (every 10-15 weeks).
• Grow through Appian University, training, and leadership programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, CE, Data Science, IS, or related STEM.
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience: Experience in professional, academic, or technical settings (internships, capstones, etc).
• Analytical Mindset: Passion for data analysis and understanding software under enterprise loads.
• After-hours availability: Willing to provide after-hours support (up to 14 weeks/year).
• Foundational programming: Experience with Java, C#, Python, Ruby, Perl, or PHP.
