Associate Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales and Senior SE to support presentations, demos, and technical explanations
• Understand customer challenges and map them to Snowflake value for proposals
• Support PoC and technical validation to move deals forward
• Keep learning about data, cloud, and AI to deepen knowledge of competitive tech
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to share customer insights
• Grow skills in Japan SE organization per standard selection and development expectations

🎯 Requirements

• SaaS/cloud/data analytics/AI interest with willingness to continuously learn
• Ability to explain technical content clearly to customers or internal teams
• Foundational understanding of databases, data warehouses, ETL, analytics, cloud tech
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data usage or hands-on experience
• Ability to understand customer problems and translate to solutions
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent practical experience
