Associate Solutions Engineer, Aerospace & Defense

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and documentation for complex customer programs, including BOMs, RFQs
• Assist with internal cost-modeling and quoting-tool development to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers and track quality documents throughout the solution lifecycle
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the full solution lifecycle
• Lead a capstone mini-project aimed at enhancing process efficiency (e.g., automating quoting
• Develop and demonstrate best practices in various manufacturing disciplines (DFx Fundamentals)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace
• 3-5 years of engineering/manufacturing experience (including internships/co-ops)
• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing principles: CNC Machining, Additive Manufacturing, Wire
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Proficiency in interpreting manufacturing drawings and GD&T
• Strong data management skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/CRM)
