• Configure templates, workflows, and rules based on design patterns.

• Ensure as-built docs reflect the final customer environment.
• Co-lead discovery sessions and platform demos.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical or analytical role (B2B SaaS).
• Strong logical aptitude: understand conditional logic and data.
• High attention to detail; manage docs and complex processes.
• Effective communication: explain technical steps clearly.
• Experience with APIs or ETL concepts.
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and surface risks.
