Associate Sourcing Specialist– Supplier Research & Development

📋 Description

• Research and identify potential suppliers across categories.
• Collect supplier profiles, equipment lists, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Prepare pre-assessment summary reports.
• Attend industry exhibitions for supplier insights and trends.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks.
• Sign MSAs, NDAs, and TOS with suppliers.
• Complete supplier onboarding processes.
• Maintain supplier records: contacts, pricing, performance docs.
• Issue POs and track order status for on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, etc.
• 1-3 years experience in sourcing and supply chain
• Strong English verbal, reading/writing skills (CET6 or equivalent preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (data organization, filtering, basic analysis)
• Open mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
• Self-motivated learner – eager to develop expertise in sourcing and manufacturing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
