Associate/Sr Associate- People Experience

📋 Description

• Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding with accuracy and care.
• Run orientation sessions on mission, culture and structure; ensure Day 1 readiness.
• Facilitate assimilation programs including buddying, check-ins and milestone feedback.
• Maintain a feedback-driven onboarding framework using HR automation and self-service chatbots.
• Manage offboarding end-to-end, tracking timelines and process steps.
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS and onboarding platforms.

• Darwinbox, Fresh Services, MS Suite proficiency.
• Operational excellence: strong coordination and multi-priority management.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
• HRIS, Excel and Generative AI tools; data privacy and accuracy.
• Culture champion with empathy and energy for people-first experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Industrial Psychology; Master’s preferred; 2-4 years HR ops/onboarding in tech/SaaS.
