🎯 Requirements

5-8 years of technical support experience.
Experience with Salesforce, .NET, or Java.
Knowledge of workflows, security, sharing rules, and permissions.
Proficiency with SQL scripting; SFDC experience beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
