Associate Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (ATF Testing on GRC Module)

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated
• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies for ServiceNow
• Test the ServiceNow GRC module, validating workflows, controls, configurations, integrations, and
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across the ServiceNow platform.
• Support testing activities associated with ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, patches, and new
• Test key ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in software testing, with significant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Testing and Automation, particularly the Automated Test
• Proven experience testing the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module.
• Experience performing testing during ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and major
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and experience conducting end-to-end
