Associate, Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Craft data-driven pricing recommendations for executives to drive growth and profitability.
• Build models and tooling to provide insights, including scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design and Sales on market portfolio strategy.
• Identify profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights to guide decisions.
• Source, organize, and analyze data to support strategic programs.
• Monitor ACA landscape trends and report intra-year membership analytics to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of finance experience including healthcare, consulting, insurance or financial services.
• 2+ years of experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of experience working with C-level executives.
