Associate, Strategic Finance & Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, helping draft and assemble the press release
• Build and maintain consensus model: collect and analyze sell-side estimates and models, benchmark
• Support guidance process, including share count forecasting, sensitivity analyses, and supporting
• Drive tie-out and validation work so that every figure, claim, and disclosure across press release
• Help prepare for earnings Q&A: anticipated questions, peer transcript research, key stats and
• Coordinate post-earnings analyst callback program, including scheduling, notes, and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, FP&A
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building and maintaining operating models, consensus
• Solid understanding of financial statements, public-company reporting, and valuation; familiarity
• Strong written communication skills, with ability to draft clear, concise materials for senior
• Exceptional attention to detail, and pride in getting every number right.
