🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering with 1–2 years of related experience, or 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Sharp organizational and time management skills — you juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Clear, confident communicator with experience working across diverse, cross-functional global teams.
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and operational success.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly.
• Technically savvy with a strong interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to sharpen workflows and enhance performance.
