Associate, Strategy & Special Project - GrabFood (Food Locker and Local Partnership)

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team to drive platform growth within a budget.
• Craft growth and GTM strategy to achieve GrabFood's P&L targets.
• Track performance and analyse short-to-mid-term insights affecting demand.
• Scope advanced statistical analyses and predictive demand modelling with relevant teams.
• Design efficient promo, deal and delivery-fee structures to drive demand.
• Plan and forecast budget spend on promos and key initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in financial services, consulting, platform, or tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Excel (Essential) / Tableau (Preferred) for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essential.
• Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to turn analyses into insights.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication.
