Associate, Structuring (Debt Capital Markets)

📋 Description

• Support transaction structuring execution across debt mandates, including modeling, diligence
• Prepare client-facing materials, including financing presentations, credit memos, investor
• Support advisory mandates, including financing alternatives analysis, capital raising strategy, and
• Conduct capital structure, pricing, and credit analysis across renewable energy asset classes.
• Participate in strategic meetings with clients on financing alternatives, market positioning, and
• Interface directly with capital providers, developers, sponsors, and external advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, infrastructure investing
• Demonstrated exposure to capital markets and/or project finance transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and structuring skills, with mastery of core valuation and credit
• Strong Excel skills, including comfort building and navigating complex financial models; VBA or
• Experience preparing transaction materials and conducting due diligence.
