Associate, Structuring (Tax/Preferred Equity)

📋 Description

• Support the screening and underwriting of new opportunities, including initial reviews, pre-pricing
• Assist in the preparation of investment materials for Investment Committee, including transaction
• Work closely with senior members of the Structuring team to drive transactions from intake to
• Analyze sponsor financials, project contracts, and diligence materials to help identify risks and
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to increase accuracy and efficiency in modeling
• Contribute to process improvements and template standardization (models, IC memos, term sheets)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, infrastructure investing
• Demonstrated exposure to tax equity, project finance, or other structured renewable energy
• Strong financial modeling and structuring skills, with mastery of core valuation and return
• Strong Excel skills, including comfort building and navigating complex financial models; VBA or
• Experience preparing transaction materials and conducting due diligence.
