Associate, Supply Chain Engineering

📋 Description

• Own and support full procure-to-pay lifecycle from PO requests to invoice closeout
• Coordinate across Engineering, Construction, suppliers, Finance/AP, and Legal; manage logistics
• Validate scope, pricing, specs, delivery terms, tax treatment, and approvals before PO issuance
• Issue and track purchase orders in ERP systems with internal controls
• Monitor payment milestones and ensure alignment between PO terms, delivery, and invoices
• Maintain auditable purchasing records and real-time delivery trackers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field preferred
• 2-3 years in supply chain ops, P2P, logistics or project-based SC
• Experience managing POs, expediting suppliers, coordinating deliveries
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple high-value orders simultaneously
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Odoo preferred
