Associate System Engineer CoE

📋 Description

• Assist internal teams with configuration validation for sales opportunities
• Collect data for sales plays and lifecycle management programs
• Use sizing tools to provide product performance solutions
• Participate in Account Planning as part of a larger team
• Assist with solution designs and simple designs
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities to optimize customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Native Japanese language skills required
• BS in CS, EE or technical degree and/or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of experience in technology industry preferred
• Strong phone presence in high-volume customer interactions
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN) preferred
• Conversational English skills necessary
